"Custom Checkout Fields" is a feature that enables customers to answer questions in various ways or upload files. It is an excellent tool for gathering more information about your customers during the checkout process.

How do I enable this feature to ask customized questions?
Step 1:
Go into your event by selecting the Title or Pencil Icon
Step 2:
Click on the Settings Tab on the left side of your screen and select “Custom Checkout Fields.”
Step 3:
Select whichever query you want your customer to enter:

Checkboxes
Dropdown
File Upload
What do these queries mean?
Text
The “Text” feature in custom checkout fields allows the customer to answer your question with any number of characters. This could be an entire paragraph or a single sentence.
Checkboxes
The "Checkboxes" feature in custom checkout fields enables customers to select multiple answers that may apply to your question.
Dropdown
The “Dropdown” feature in custom checkout fields enables your customers to select a single answer that applies to your question, similar to a multiple-choice question.
File Upload
The “File Upload” feature in custom checkout fields allows your customer to upload any file.
